En tan solo un a\u00f1o han conseguido crecer y abrir su segundo centro en la ciudad, ambos especializados en est\u00e9tica.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo que os ha hecho crecer tan r\u00e1pido con la colaboraci\u00f3n?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Vivian: Empezamos a colaborar en enero y Treatwell nos ha ayudado a darnos a conocer a aquellos clientes que no son del barrio y que, a no ser por esta visibilidad, nunca hubi\u00e9ramos tenido la oportunidad de atender, puesto que nuestro centro est\u00e1 un poco escondido.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Todos los clientes reservan su cita, nos prueban y siempre que des un buen servicio vuelven a reservar de nuevo. Realmente, jam\u00e1s me hubiera imaginado que clientes de la otra punta de Barcelona se llegar\u00edan a desplazar expresamente a mi sal\u00f3n por el hecho de estar en Treatwell. A todo esto tambi\u00e9n nos influye de forma positiva el posicionamiento y las opiniones de los clientes en la p\u00e1gina de mi sal\u00f3n, que es lo otro detalle que ayuda a generar reservas<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Daniel: Exacto, tal y como comenta Vivian, la visibilidad que nos ha dado Treatwell al no estar en una de las calles principales, nos ha ayudado a captar nuevos clientes y a fidelizarlos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00bfCuales son los beneficios que os aporta el uso de Connect en vuestro sal\u00f3n?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Daniel: Lo que m\u00e1s nos gusta es el software de gesti\u00f3n que te ofrece todas las herramientas necesarias para ver como va evolucionando tu negocio y c\u00f3mo se va a comportar mensualmente ya que los datos son muy fiables. En estos informes puedes ver datos clave como la recepci\u00f3n de clientes, ratio de fidelizaci\u00f3n seg\u00fan el mes etc. La verdad es que es una herramienta que te ayuda en la toma de decisiones de cara a un futuro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Vivian: A la misma vez, las opiniones de los clientes, te ayudan a construir la marca porque te ayudan a ver tus puntos fuertes y a mejorar a tiempo posibles mejoras.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo que os ha ayudado a convertiros en un sal\u00f3n de belleza digital?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Vivian: Personalmente, lo que nos ha ayudado es la facilidad que tiene el cliente para reservar. De hecho me dan hasta la enhorabuena por ofrecer la reserva online ya que pueden reservar su cita en cualquier momento y en 3 pasos. La gente no para de decirme: \u201c\u00a1Qu\u00e9 bien va la app!\u201d. Incluso, el widget de reservas\u00a0 de Instagram, que te deriva a nuestra p\u00e1gina de Treatwell, permite a nuestros clientes reservarnos en 30 segundos escogiendo el mejor horario para ellos y con su empleada favorita. \u00a1Es una pasada!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Daniel: En mi caso, lo que m\u00e1s valoro es la agenda digital de Connect y la herramienta de informes que mencionaba anteriormente. Esta funcionalidad te permite tener una visi\u00f3n general de todo para tener un mayor control de tu negocio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo que m\u00e1s os ha sorprendido en todo este tiempo con Treatwell?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Daniel: Lo que m\u00e1s nos ha sorprendido y nos sigue sorprendiendo es el hecho de recibir reservas cuando el sal\u00f3n est\u00e1 cerrado. Empezamos recibiendo dos reservas al d\u00eda, luego pasamos a recibir diez diarias, lo cual nos ha dado mucha vida. De hecho, empezamos con dos empleados y ahora ya somos siete en el equipo. Este resultado ha hecho que en menos de un a\u00f1o inauguremos un segundo centro dentro de un mes, en el cual hemos empezado con cinco empleadas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00bfSi tuvierais que recomendar Treatwell a un centro que le dir\u00edais?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Vivian: Pues sinceramente y de coraz\u00f3n, cuando vino vuestro equipo comercial a vernos a nuestro centro nos dijo que hab\u00edan centros que no abr\u00edan en ciertas localizaciones si no ten\u00eda el apoyo de Treatwell. Yo siempre hab\u00eda pensado que quien me respaldaba a m\u00ed eran los clientes de mi barrio y jam\u00e1s pens\u00e9 que Treatwell ser\u00eda mi gran respaldo. Ahora entiendo perfectamente lo que me quer\u00eda decir la comercial porque un alto porcentaje de clientes provienen de Treatwell, as\u00ed que sin lugar a dudas lo recomiendo 100%, de hecho no s\u00e9 c\u00f3mo hay centros que a\u00fan no colaboran con Treatwell.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Daniel: Yo le hablar\u00eda de la visibilidad extra que le da al centro porque alcanzar esos resultados a nivel particular es mucho m\u00e1s complicado.
