Tienen dos centros en Madrid situados en el barrio de Chamber\u00ed y en Nuevos Ministerios. En ambos salones est\u00e1n especializadas en los servicios que tienen que ver con est\u00e9tica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00bfCu\u00e1l era vuestro problema y en qu\u00e9 os hemos ayudado<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Empezamos a colaborar con Treatwell hace un tiempo y conocimos la plataforma porque quer\u00edamos digitalizar nuestro negocio para quitarnos trabajo de encima y acelerar el proceso de reserva de citas de nuestros clientes. La verdad es que despu\u00e9s de informarnos mejor sobre el sistema nos gust\u00f3 bastante porque es una herramienta muy \u00fatil para la gesti\u00f3n de nuestros salones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Con la colaboraci\u00f3n, hemos reducido las llamadas de los clientes al centro porque ahora reservan su cita a trav\u00e9s de la app de Treatwell para clientes. Hoy en d\u00eda, ellos mismos reservan su tratamiento cuando mejor les va y con la esteticista que m\u00e1s les gusta. Por lo que nos hab\u00e9is ayudado a liberarnos de una carga de trabajo importante para dedicarlo a otras cosas que requieren nuestra atenci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Nos decidimos por Treatwell porque cumpl\u00eda con las expectativas que ten\u00edamos a nivel de software de gesti\u00f3n y cubr\u00eda las debilidades que est\u00e1bamos sufriendo en ese momento. Adem\u00e1s, otra de las caracter\u00edsticas que nos convenci\u00f3 es que tenemos una consultora asignada para recibir una atenci\u00f3n m\u00e1s personalizada que nos asesora sobre c\u00f3mo podemos alcanzar mejores resultados con la colaboraci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00bfC\u00f3mo gestionabais los salones antes de empezar a colaborar con Treatwell?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Us\u00e1bamos un excel donde pon\u00edamos toda la informaci\u00f3n de las citas y del cliente, y el problema es que a veces se nos borraban por error y no ten\u00edamos ning\u00fan tipo de respaldo. Hoy en d\u00eda, con Connect, es muy dif\u00edcil borrar una cita y eso nos permite ofrecer un buen servicio a todos los clientes sin margen de error.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la funcionalidad o la herramienta de Connect que os ha ayudado a ser un sal\u00f3n digital?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Lo que m\u00e1s nos gusta es la herramienta de informes donde se muestran muchos datos del rendimiento del sal\u00f3n porque nos ayuda en el proceso de administraci\u00f3n y nos facilita mucho el d\u00eda a d\u00eda porque ya no tenemos que estar dedic\u00e1ndole las horas de antes a toda la parte del control de un negocio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El widget de reservas tambi\u00e9n porque hoy en d\u00eda los clientes quieren todo para ya y es una de las herramientas que m\u00e1s nos ha ayudado a crecer. Simplemente lo que hemos hecho es darnos a conocer por las redes sociales traspasando toda la informaci\u00f3n a nuestros clientes por esos canales, intentando habituar a todos los seguidores a reservarnos online a trav\u00e9s de Treatwell. A nuestros clientes les encanta reservar online porque lo pueden hacer en cualquier momento sin tener que esperar a que les cojamos el tel\u00e9fono, simplemente miran el horario que hay disponible y reservan adapt\u00e1ndolo a cuando m\u00e1s les convenga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La parte online es muy positiva porque hay veces que hasta los clientes fidelizados no saben cu\u00e1ndo pueden volver a venir a la siguiente cita y ellos mismos son los que te dicen que reservar\u00e1n seg\u00fan la disponibilidad que haya en Treatwell. Definitivamente, ganamos todos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 tipo de contenido de contenido utiliz\u00e1is para llamar la atenci\u00f3n de posibles clientes en Instagram?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Normalmente todo tipo de contenido que refleje el trabajo que hacemos y los resultados que las clientas han conseguido despu\u00e9s de sus citas.
