Vale, no es algo que nadie espere con los brazos abiertos. Pero que no cunda el p\u00e1nico, \u00a1no es el fin del mundo! Tener un granito es de lo m\u00e1s humano. \u00a1Anda que no nos ha pasado a todos alguna vez!<\/p>\n<p>Por eso no hay que desesperar. Es decir: no hay que estar delante del espejo\u00a0mir\u00e1ndolo cada dos por tres (que no va a desaparecer por arte de magia), o caer en el grave error de toc\u00e1rselo (las consecuencias son peores, cr\u00e9enos). Hay que ceptarlo (como lo oyes). Porque al final es tan peque\u00f1ito que si lo dejas tal y como est\u00e1 la gente ni se dar\u00e1 cuenta. \u00bfY ahora qu\u00e9? Bien, primer paso superado. Ahora lo importante es limpiarlo bien. Al final un granito no es otra cosa que la acumulaci&oacute;n de grasa en un poro obstruido. &iquest;Soluci&oacute;n? Limpiar el poro y eliminar la grasa. Pero... &iquest;c&oacute;mo? Un granito tarda en irse entre unos 2 y 7 d&iacute;as. Espera. &iquest;Y en cuanto a los remedios caseros? &iexcl;Olv&iacute;date! Nada de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.treatwell.es\/in-the-glow\/es-hora-de-desmentir-estos-mitos-de-belleza\/\">pasta de dientes en el granito<\/a>, que te puede resecar la piel.<\/p>\n","video_content":"","block_picture":27720},{"block_title":"Cuarto paso: Evitarlo","block_content":"<p>La verdad es que hay un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.treatwell.es\/in-the-glow\/habitos-que-provocan-granitos-y-no-lo-sabias\/\">mont&oacute;n de h&aacute;bitos<\/a> que hacen que nos salgan granitos (y no lo sabemos). Como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.treatwell.es\/in-the-glow\/limpiar-brochas-de-maquillaje\/\">maquillarse con las brochas sucias<\/a>, no usar crema hidratante cada d&iacute;a o abusar de una dieta rica en az&uacute;car. Lo mejor es limpiarse la cara todos los d&iacute;as, hidratarla para que no genere m&aacute;s grasas de lo normal, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.treatwell.es\/in-the-glow\/cambiar-la-funda-de-la-almohada-a-menudo\/\">cambiar la funda de la almohada<\/a> cada semana y hacerse una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.treatwell.es\/establecimientos\/tratamiento-tratamientos-faciales\/oferta-tipo-local\/en-comunidad-de-madrid-es\/\">limpieza facial<\/a> cada cierto tiempo para eliminar la suciedad acumulada.
