Pero, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 salen en algunas partes del cuerpo m\u00e1s que en otras? Bueno, la g\u00e9netica y tu tipo de piel tienen que ver, est\u00e1 claro. Pero hay tambi\u00e9n otras muchas causas o h\u00e1bitos que hacen que te salgan m\u00e1s y que si logras evitar… \u00a1podr\u00e1s despedirte de esos granitos para siempre!<\/p>\n

Si tienes flequillo, no busques más. La causa puede ser porque el flequillo le da calor a tu frente, suda y este sudor obstruye tus poros. Pero si este no es tu caso y no tienes flequillo, también puede ser por la alimentación que llevas. Las brochas de maquillaje sucias<\/a> también pueden hacer que te salgan más granitos por las mejillas. Así como el móvil. Vale, para estos granitos podemos culpar a las hormonas. Y es que es normal que cuando todavía tenemos las hormonas un poco revolucionadas nos salgan pequeños granitos por la barbilla. Los granitos en el cuello también son causa de las hormonas revolucionadas. Pero además, otras razones pueden ser: una alimentación llena de azúcares, por no limpiarte bien esta zona (recuerda, cuando te laves la cara también lávate el cuello) o por utilizar prendas que te puedan irritar esta parte del cuerpo, como el cuello alto o bufandas muy pegadas. ¿Te suelen salir más granitos por el pecho o la espalda? Entonces el problema puede ser la ropa o los detergentes con los que la lavas. La ropa apretada te puede irritar la piel o hacer que sude más y te salgan más granitos. No lavarla una vez que la usas también puede ser un problema (se va acumulando la suciedad y al final acaba otra vez en tu piel).
