Esas&nbsp;mascarillas que tanto nos gusta&nbsp;aplicarnos pero que no hacemos muy a menudo (por falta de tiempo). Ha llegado el momento de honrarlas y aprovechar sus beneficios. Mezcla una mascarilla de arcilla purificadora, con unos parches fr&iacute;os para los ojos (o rodajas de pepino fresquitos de la nevera) y termina con una mascarilla hidratante. Aprovecha la oportunidad de dejar sentir tus productos para el cuidado de la piel, y&nbsp;aumenta la frecuencia de esta rutina a dos veces por semana.<\/strong><\/p>\n","video_content":"","block_picture":30309},{"block_title":"El poder de \"dejar respirar\"","block_content":"<p><strong>Tanto si eres una fan del maquillaje como si no, esta es una buena oportunidad para dejar de lado el maquillaje por un tiempo. Las c&eacute;lulas de la epidermis, que se renuevan m&aacute;s durante la noche (de ah&iacute; la importancia de desmaquillarse antes de acostarse), tendr&aacute;n a&uacute;n m&aacute;s tiempo para regenerarse y respirar sin barreras. Mezcla un poco de az&uacute;car con miel, yogur o tu crema hidratante y frota suavemente la superficie de tu cara para destapar los poros.
