Otras maneras, son darte un masaje con aceites diluidos, o tomar un relajante ba&ntilde;o con los aceites.<\/strong><\/p>\n","video_content":"","block_picture":30391},{"block_title":"\u00bfPara qu\u00e9 se pueden utilizar los aceite?","block_content":"<p><strong>- Para los s&iacute;ntomas del resfriado: <\/strong>para una tos desagradable o un resfriado persistente los aceites expectorantes de eucalipto y de hojas de abeto son muy buenos. Para ello, puedes echar unas gotas de aceite esencial en agua caliente e inhalar el vapor o bien dejarlo fluir en el aire. Pero ten cuidado: &iexcl;Aseg&uacute;rate de que el vapor no est&eacute; muy caliente! Para fortalecer tu sistema inmunol&oacute;gico y protegerte de los resfriados, te recomendamos el &aacute;rbol de t&eacute; y el aceite de ravintsara. &iexcl;Un ba&ntilde;o en estos aceite te har&aacute; s&uacute;per bien!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>- Para los dolores de cabeza:<\/strong> Para aliviar el dolor, recomendamos aceite de menta y lavanda. Estos aceites son excelentes para masajear las sienes. El efecto de enfriamiento bloquea los receptores del dolor para que los dolores de cabeza por tensi&oacute;n se alivien.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>- Para los estados de estr&eacute;s y ansiedad: <\/strong>Para calmar los nervios y relajarte, recomendamos aromas como manzanilla, lavanda o vainilla. El aceite de jojoba, de oliva o de almendra son los llamados aceites portadores y lo ideal es que se mezclen todos con ellos.
