Andrea was wonderful. She was kind and caring while providing a pleasant experience. I loved the washing room as it was so relaxing. Additionally, the head massage was fantastic. However, I do have two extensions that need to be moved, as they are too close to my hairline and show when my hair is in a ponytail. It’s an easy remedy and can wait until our schedules align. It’s no rush and I can wear my hair down in the interim. Thank you.
