The studio is beautiful, clean, and everyone was very friendly. Maria was especially lovely and we got on well. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed with the result. My broken nail couldn't be fixed, the follow-up appointment was cancelled, and I never received a reply after asking for a new one. Several nails are already lifting after just a few days. I know the technician is still learning and she was very kind, but after spending hours there, I expected a finished result and better communication.
