I'm still new to Madrid, so I don't really speak Spanish. Yet Mayte was very patient and accommodating. I didn't have much difficulty to express what I wanted for my hair, and in turn she managed to make herself understood as well. She really made me feel comfortable even though I felt a bit embarrassed not being able to properly speak with her, and I'm so happy with how my hair turned out!
