Booked with a junior therapist, so I expected some limitations, but this went beyond that. The massage started ten minutes late, the technique was poor, and I specifically asked for my glutes to be massaged which was skipped entirely. I left feeling more tense than when I arrived, not relaxed at all. When I raised these issues, the salon offered a complimentary 30 min session or asked me to pay extra for a senior therapist to fix their mistake. Disappointing experience would not recommend.
