First of all they don't know what a Brazilian wax is. Second, for goodness sakes, have a wax warmer with a controlled temperature. She burned me twice and the wax quality was so poor that it didn't even take off the hair. Thankfully my husband is a doctor and knew how to treat the burn. This place really should not have a license to do this treatment, But maybe the laws are different than the US. AND lastly, not taking credit card? wtf
