I have been going to this salon for a year. I booked a 50 euro 90 minutes massage, and while it was ok, it was 55 minutes. I feel disappointed and this is not the first time something like this has happened. Last time they messed up my appointment, they offered a free massage as a gesture for my husband, but when they took payment they 'forgot' about it and charged me double. Customers always notice these little things, it is a shame as I liked this place. I will not go back.
