I did want highlights, the hairdresser thought that balayage would be better- it is ok, but I said I wanted browns (not blonde or reds). The colour is ok, but it is ginger. I had a hair cut, which is one of the worse I have ever had. It is blunt with chunks cut out for layers. The fringe was cut on the centre, so looks bad when I have my side parting. The hair was not finished, with the front part dried, but the back was still wet and was frizzy and dry. At EUR185, I expected a lot more.
