Very painful and the girl didn’t look prepared on hair removal techniques. She was using the wax even when it was cold on the stick and trying to get it on my skin. It did hurt a lot plus it gave me a bad skin reaction as I have a very sensitive skin (and I had told this to the beautician when I arrived!). My skin was reddish for a week and the skin came off afterwards.
