I'm Italian but I can speak Spanish pretty good. I booked on treatwell a "ingles integrales" treatment for 12.50€ and when I arrived here of course I specified that to the girl. After the treatment I went to pay and she told me "17.50€" because she understood an other treatment that was more expensive. To make me not pay the amount, she asked if she could delete my reservation on Treatwell and in this way I could have paid just 15.99 (the money saved would had been 1.51 that they should give to Treatwell). So they didn't only want me to pay more but also try to escape and steal the system. TERRIBLE
