Kelly es una artista! Es la mejor del mundo, yo me he estado haciendo laminación a mis cejas y lifting + tinte para mis pestañas por 5 años. Lo he echo por todo el mundo, literal; México, Puerto Rico, Korea, USA, pero finalmente he encontrado la mejor de todas — Kelly!
