I got about 12 burns after a waxing session, 2 of them deep on both legs. The beautician explained she couldn't blow to cool it down due to the Covid protocol, so she was going to apply it directly on me and ask me if the temperature was right...I screamed on first applications, she didn't even apologise. The rest of the session was bearable in terms of pain but I left with very swollen legs. I got a refund after a lengthy chat and wait, and no genuine apology.
