Very disappointing experience. I booked a bikini wax online and arrived on time, only to be left waiting with no information. Eventually, the owner arrived and told me they had no online booking, despite me having successfully booked online there several times before. Instead of offering a solution, I was simply told to come back another day and sent away with a quick “sorry.” Unprofessional, poor communication, and a complete waste of my time.
