DonnaK was really amazing.may experience is almost perfect. Just a little highlight, its not my first time to do the said treatment and i knew that applying the cream into the hair should not touch the scalp and yet the lady just put all the cream directly from my scalp down to may hair,that leave a lot of wounds in may head.That part gives me trauma to continue the process.But Sandra who finished the whole process was really gentle and proffessional.i was happy to the result that she did.
