No habia mucha communicacion. No me ha preguntado como me gustaria y tampoco fue explicando lo que estaba haciendo mientras.

La experiencia en sí no fue mala, pero el lifting de pestañas (+ tinte) apenas se ve, mientras que otras veces fui a otros lugares y la diferencia era enorme.

Worst waxing experience ever! Highly unprofessional. 1. not clean: Marisol quickly removed hair that was on the seat 2. really horrible was the waxing process itself. Marisol used the wax when it was not having the right temperatur, causing my hair + wax to stick/clump together. She coult not rip it off + had to cut it off. This happened twice and was very painful. at the end I was fed up and stopped this horror trip even though it was not completed after 70 minutes! asking me to still pay 22€.
