Pagué 20€ por un corte + lavado. Me cortó la melena con la maquinilla y, para mi sorpresa, luego ni me lavó el pelo ni repasó el corte con la tijera. Tuve que ir a otro sitio nada mas salir de ahí para que me igualasen el corte porque de recto no tenía nada. Increíble que en los tiempos que corren, se cuide tan poco al cliente.

My hair is ruined. This was not balayage at all! The guy just did highlights and RUINED my hair 😭 He gave me orange hair and "hot roots". I had to ask him to put a toner on. Then he over developed the toner turning my roots orange. I'm so upset. I showed him a picture of ASH blonde balayage. My hair was already ash! All he had to do was a few blonde pieces on the ends. Instead he did all over highlights and not even any blonde on the ends. Then blamed me saying I don't know what's balayage 😡
