I visited Patricia while in Barcelona with what I believe was a case of dehydration and hormonal changes causing severe fluid retention. I’d never tried lymphatic drainage before and usually prefer stronger massages, but I arrived barely able to think and left feeling much lighter. After the session, I managed to go to the supermarket (something that felt impossible hours earlier) and properly hydrate and eat, aiding my recovery. By day three, I was well enough to fly home. Highly recommended!
