The place looks like anything but a Spa. She doesn’t have any material for the pedicure and manicure. She doesn’t even know how to cut and clean nails properly. Her work was completely terrible that I had to use the excuse that I am in a hurry to make her stop to not her hurt her feelings. And she still took the full amount of money, even though I asked her to stop right after cutting because the work was horrible. She ruined my nails and I am completely disappointed in Treatwell and this nail spa. It is horrendous that she is charging 46 euros and she cannot cut the nails. After I asked for discount because we didn’t complete the service. She forcebly gave a 6 euros off telling me that I will get in trouble with Treatwell. I strongly urge someone from the customer service to contact me as I don’t think paying a single penny is fair for such a service.
