My experience was not satisfactory. I went in for a wash and blow dry. First, she used strong dandruff shampoo on my hair (I could feel it sting my scalp). Of course after the shampoo she said my hair was overly dry and needed a mask. Which I agreed to as extra.
Then the blow dry. She kept bashing my hair saying she couldn't do a nice blow dry because my hair was too dry. She used a 1950s hairdryer and extra drying shampoo but blamed my hair. And then I paid extra € for the blow dry on top?!
