Karina is such an amazing woman, she makes you feel very welcome and she takes the time to make you feel very comfortable.
I have been going every 2 weeks for more than 1 year and I really notice the difference in my body.
She really feels where my muscles need some extra attention and I always feel really relaxed afterwards.
Definitely worth going!
