Big cleaning issues with the cats walking around , waxing room very messy On top, the lady was very hurtful and the wax probably low quality to hurt and scratch that much

Llegué tarde porque me perdí con google maps y me atendieron sin problema, y además salí a la misma hora que ponía que debía salir si hubiera llegado a tiempo (en vez de 25 minutos tardó poco más de 10).
