I went for insomnia and bad tinnitus. I am in my menopause. My tinnitus is still around, but my insomnia improved recently after some weeks of treatments. I used to wake up after 4 hours sleep and couldn't fall asleep again. Now I slept 10 nights in row, for me a miracle as I have been needing sleeping pills, herbal teas, magnesium etc. I don't know if it is the acupuncture, or what has happened. I hope it is the acupuncture & I will continue to go. Jaime is a very nice & understanding person. My knowledge in Spanish is not great but he speaks very slow and we managed our conversation by translation apps. I highly recommend his treatments. Give it a try.
