A 1h de confirmarme el tratamiento via app, me dicen que ha surgido un imprevisto a pesar de haber cobrado el importe y me cancelan por WhatsApp. Me dice la persona que me cancela que recibiré un mail para el reembolso cosa que no es cierto porque no lo he recibido. Espero me devuelvan el importe íntegro.
