Oswaldo is a Master colorist! He understood my hair sensitivity and worked accordingly on it. I had 3 prominent colours in it that needed to be eliminated and softened. His experience gave me a head of hair that was more subtle and soft. Awesome experience in his Salon from start to finish. I still have a smile on my face thanks to Oswaldo 😊
