It is always a relaxing atmosphere with friendly and attentive staff. I didn't get the name of the masseuse, but she communicated well to make sure I received the style and firmness of massage that I wanted.

No face hole in the bed left me with neck aching more than when I went in. No routine to the massage eg foot, leg, foot, arm, head, leg, little time on back but seeing as I couldnt put my head directly down was welcomed. No blanket put over me left me feeling very exposed when laying on my back & freezing cold to the point of shivering. The hammering on the other side of the wall was crazy like someone was putting a picture up on the other side, then the other wall too - Terrible experience
