The relaxing massage was good, but the facial was appalling. I have never had to ice my face before, after a facial and my cheek bones are bruised and tender. There was no consultation about my skin so it was not personalised and the pressure used on my face was the same as the pressure used to get knots out on my back. The therapist then picked spots, including trying to pick at some scar tissue which is now red raw. Do not go anywhere near this salon for a facial!
