Bad experience. Not recommended. Lack of quality and transparency. I thought the haircut looked fine but I quickly realised it wasn’t cut evenly. Every time I shower, it becomes very noticeable that the cut is uneven, and even when I put my hair up, it’s clear it wasn’t done properly. On top of that, I was charged 8€ more than the price advertised on Treatwell which wasn’t mentioned until after the appointment. I would appreciate either a partial refund of the chance to come in for a correction
