Juncal Is a nice lady, I like her,When I had my treatments it was a huge blackout in spain. So it wasn’t a good experience at all. She is a lovely lady and said sorry about this, but it wasn’t her fault
After a day when I washed my hair, my hair was falling off. Im not sure if its bec of the product she used or bec she didn’t wash it well (because of the blackout). My highlights turned to rubber.
