It was my first experience and unfortunately I cannot give a positive feedback.
The room was very cold. There was no service such as slippers and towels. The massage was not applied equally to the front and back parts of my body. As someone who goes to a lot of clinics for massages, I did not expect this level of massage from the KG brand. Since I wanted a hard massage, it was done with equipment and only this part was nice. I did not feel like I was working with a professional in the manual application. It was very cold inside. Meanwhile, the door was opening. I was not satisfied at all and I don't plan on coming for a massage again.
