Tried the presotherapy for the first time and had a really nice experience. You get changing pants with which you slip into the sleeves (looks like skiing pants). The massage is very pleasant and relaxing. Already booked the next one, as it is recommended to do it 1 per week for 8 weeks. I tried it because of my lower back pain due to long office sitting and I felt a significant improvement after the first session already.
