A very disappointing uncomfortable visit this time. My cuticles were filed using the electric file and it burned my skin. The burr on the electric file cut my finger at the nail edge breaking the skin and making it very sore. I could feel the UV lights very hot on my nails suggesting they had been over filed. This was a very unprofessional treatment, done as quickly as possible without care.
