Very disappointed by this salon I have booked month ago and once arrived at the salon it was closed. I have called several times, emailed, to ask for a refund as I never got my facial clean. The owner promised she will get me a new appointment to a refund that never happen it has been now 3 months and I have not hear back from them…
Really sad because it was for me a present I never really do anything for myself.
