You scheduled my appointment for an eyebrow tinting service, but when I arrived, I was told that this procedure wasn’t suitable for me. I was told that the treatment is meant for darkening the color, not lightening it.
How can such important information be misunderstood or overlooked during the booking process?
It’s unacceptable to make an appointment for a service that clearly isn’t right for the client, wasting my time and causing unnecessary frustration.
This reflects very poorly on your communication and professionalism. I expect much better clarity and care when booking appointments.
