The massage person wasn't ready at time of appointment. Had to come back later. Because of this it conflicted with the hand massage.i thought everything would get rebooked. So I never got the hand massage. The massage table never had the face hole opened so 45 min with the head turned really just made my neck and shoulders worse.
I also only speak English so it added to the challenge and I didn't bother to try to get refunded for the hand massag, I just went on my way.
