I booked the spa manicure, which was indicated as a spa treatment for 1 hour including a massage etc. for 19€
The treatment lasted only 30 minutes and was only a very basic manicure. The nail artist accepted a phone call during the treatment which lasted for around 15 minutes. During that time she seemed less focused and some nails the nail polish is applied uneven and poorly. At the end I had to pay 25€. Total mismatch of expectations-booking and reality.
