I booked a 45 min service and I only received a 30 min service. When I asked the woman about this and showed her my online booking that said 45 min she said "yes but we finished early". When I asked her if this resulted in a discounted rate since this is a third of the treatment time excluded, she said no and I paid full price. She was also very unfriendly, the pedicure was rushed and painful at times and when I flinched when she looked annoyed and did not apologize. Won't be back.
