First off, Sofia speaks English, so that helps because my Spanish is not great. My cuticles have never looked better after she trimmed all the excess skin away. My nails look amazing - she did a great job and in almost half the time allotted. I am one of those people who does not like having my nails done - I do not enjoy the process, but if I don't have them done, I bite them so it is a necessity. Quick service, to me, is essential.
