My daughter had an appointment at 5:30 p.m. We arrived on time, but no one greeted us or acknowledged our presence. We were not informed of any delay, nor were we offered a proper place to wait. Instead, we sat on staff chairs without any communication from the team. Although we were initially told the wait would be approximately 15 minutes, no further updates were provided. After an extended period without service or information, we decided to leave at 6:20 p.m. This was a disappointing experience, particularly given the salon’s reputed standard.
Isabella fue excepcional cortando y lavando mi cabello. Hacía mucho tiempo que no lo veía tan bien. Sin duda volveré. Estoy muy satisfecha.

Después de casi 5 años frecuentando este centro de belleza no puedo decir nada más que buenas cosas. Todas las personas que trabajan ahí son excelentes profesionales y personas es un ambiente muy agradable y tranquilo. Productos de belleza de alta calidad y hay una infinidad de servicios y productos. Lo único es que se debería ampliar es el local ya que ha crecido mucho. Gracias por todo!!!
