I went for the first time because a friend recommended the salon to me, so I really want to believe this was just a “bad day”, but I’m definitely not happy about my nails. The shape is strange (some of the sides are bulky and uneven) and the sides of the nails are very rough (missing nail polish etc)— they’re just not well done. It’s a shame because the salon is gorgeous and the person I spoke to about my booking was really lovely.

He salido muy decepcionada y no recomiendo este centro. El tratamiento en sí está ok y el centro como espacio está genial pero venden publicidad engañosa. Ofertan 1h30 de tratamiento pero el mío duró 1hr únicamente sin ningún tipo de explicación o información. Cuando he preguntado me dicen que el tiempo es orientativo, entiendo una diferencia de 5 o incluso 10 mins, pero 30mins supone 1/3 del tiempo de tratamiento por el que pagué. Un poco vergonzoso.
