Would not recommend a manicure with Yannet. She was 10 min late to start and 25 min late to finish. We had discussed how much to trim, but she kept filing the nails after until there was almost no length left. She looked annoyed the whole time and kept texting at the beginning/end. I was also charged an unexplained €6 extra, despite polish removal seemingly being included when previously done at their center. The chair is extremely uncomfortable too.
