Worst experience of my life at this salon. I had come 4 months ago, and some things already didn't agree with me then, but the hairdresser, Giuseppe, was super friendly and did an amazing job technically. This time, I was unfortunate to get attended by Hugo and never in my life I've been treated so badly as a customer. Rude from the very start and frankly incompetent, everything was wrong from beginning to end. Plus he didn't give me the service I paid for and charged me extra. Shameful.
