Everything was great, and everybody were super friendly. However, during my visit, there was only one fan, which was not strong enough to ventilate the whole space. It was super hot and stuffy, so I wasn't able to relax fully. An extra fan or A/C would be a great investment to make your clients feel more comfortable.
