Julia left the bleach on my hair too long and at the salon I lost 3+ inches of hair that broke off due to damage. I have had to spend over 100 euros buying products to try and prevent more hair from breaking off. My long hair is SEVERELY damaged and I am afraid more will break off. I would like to request a complete refund of 160 euro due to the significant damage to my hair. Please advise how I can receive a refund.
