Extremely rude. You should get what you pay for. Now that I’m home I’m looking at my feet I explicitly said AS SHORT AS POSSIBLE , and the skin is still on my soles. My manicure was a disaster emotionally on top of it just being bad. I had to after spending 2 HOURS there find another place to fix both. They didn’t even offer me a refund
