I arrived and she told me that my appointment is now rescheduled 30 minutes later because she had a last minute client. After i waited and got in, the wax lady used the same strip 15 times to the point that the wax was not pulling off my skin because of the amount of layers. I never went to a wax lady where she pulls my skin this much. She also didnt use any products to remove the leftover wax and instead dowsed so much baby powder on my legs and I walked out looking like a powdered donut.

Llegué a mi hora y estaban las manicuristas atendiendo a otras clientas. Me dicen que espere media hora y después de 40 minutos esperando no habían empezado a hacerme ni manos ni pies. Estaban haciendo acrílicas y no habían ni pasado a pintar, así que pedí irme y que me devolvieran el dinero. También tuve problemas para ello. La encargada muy amable y apurada con la situación, porque fue realmente bochornosa, las manicuristas ni se inmutaron. Nunca había he visto una cosa igual.
